NOMADES can provide companies with drying, baking and roasting ovens with different baking areas from around 8 to 20 m². All oven models can be used for drying fruits, baking bread and roasting nuts etc. The basic principle of the system is that 2 fans provide a regular change of direction of the hot air flow. The resulting uniform top and bottom heat and especially the low air velocity guarantee first-rate draying results on minimal footprint with maximum loading and lowest possible energy consumption.
